Terms of Service
1. Who we are
WebSalabim is a website service for small businesses: you describe your business, an AI builds the site, and you refine it by chatting. The service is operated by Websalabim.com, Jl. Purbaya II Salatiga Central Java Indonesia 50722, Indonesia. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to the terms on this page.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a legal guardian. The details you register must be accurate, and you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account. One person or business may hold more than one account, but accounts must not be used to work around quota limits, trial periods, or a suspension.
3. Trial and plans
New accounts get a 14-day trial and a number of free Magic tokens, so you can try the service without a credit card. When the trial ends your website stops being served to visitors, but everything in it is kept and comes back as soon as you take a paid plan. During the trial, your published website shows a "Made with websalabim.com" watermark that cannot be removed; the watermark disappears once you subscribe to hosting (a paid plan), and you can turn off the small "Made with WebSalabim" credit at the very bottom from the editor.
Plans are bought for a term you choose (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) and do not renew automatically. We do not keep your payment instrument on file for recurring charges; each renewal is a new purchase you make yourself. The price that applies is the one shown when the invoice is issued.
Promotions (for example a discount on particular dates) apply to invoices issued during the stated promotion period, on the terms shown with that promotion, and cannot be combined with other promotions. A promotional invoice may still be paid before its payment deadline after the promotion period has ended. Later renewals use the price in effect when the renewal invoice is issued.
4. AI requests and Magic tokens
One AI request is one design revision or one data command, and uses one Magic token. Opening pages, publishing, uploading photos, and asking questions in the Help menu do not use Magic tokens. A subscription pays for hosting — number of sites, storage, traffic, and domain — and does not include Magic tokens. Magic tokens are bought separately. The order of use is: your free allowance at sign-up, then any Magic tokens you bought. Magic tokens do not expire and are not reset monthly, but they are only usable while your account is active.
AI output varies and may not match your expectations on the first try. Quota spent on a request that was processed successfully is not refunded merely because you dislike the result; every revision is saved as a version and you can return to an earlier one at any time.
Invite friends. Every person who signs up through your invite link (the Invite friends menu) and then pays for a subscription to any plan for the first time gives you 1 Magic token, once per person — later renewals do not add more. An invite counts when that person signs up within 60 days of opening your link, in the same browser; accounts that already existed are not counted. Magic tokens from invites are like any other Magic token: they cannot be cashed out or transferred. We may withhold or take back Magic tokens from invites that are not genuine — for example self-made accounts, payments that are cancelled or refunded, or sharing the link in a misleading way — and we may change or end this programme with notice on this page; Magic tokens you have already received stay yours.
5. Your content
You own what you create: text, photos, business data, and the finished website. You grant us a limited permission to store, process, and serve it solely to operate this service. You confirm that you hold the rights to everything you upload, including photos and logos.
We do not sell your content, do not use it to train AI models, and do not display it elsewhere without your permission.
Files sent by your website's visitors. If you switch on the upload box, files from visitors are forwarded to your own Google Drive and are not stored by us; what we keep is the record only. From the moment a file reaches your Drive it is under your control — including checking, keeping and deleting it. You decide which file types are accepted, including the "any file" option. We check the type and size of every file and re-encode every photo — photos are the only type we can clean — but we do not guarantee that content sent by other people is safe or appropriate; do not open files you were not expecting. You are also responsible for telling visitors what you collect their files, names and numbers for. If your upload box is used to spread anything forbidden in section 6, we may switch it off.
Guestbook and forms. Guestbook wishes appear on your website immediately, without prior review; we filter common profanity and strip code from every entry, but we do not guarantee that everything other people send is appropriate — you review and delete it from the spreadsheet. Form entries are stored in your own Google Sheets and are your responsibility, including telling visitors what you collect them for. Forms must not be used to ask for passwords, PINs/OTPs, or payment card data; a form or guestbook used for anything forbidden in section 6 may be switched off.
6. What may not be built here
The service may not be used for gambling, adult content or sexual services, drugs, fraud, fake investment schemes, sale of illegal goods, hate speech, or sites impersonating banks, government bodies, or other brands. We also refuse any use that is unlawful in Indonesia or in the country where you are located.
Violations are recorded. Repeated violations may result in account suspension and all of your websites being taken offline without a refund. Where necessary to stop harm, we may refuse or halt a request that breaches these terms without prior notice.
7. Domains
Every site gets a free address on our subdomain. You may also connect a domain you already own, or buy one through the panel. Domains bought here are registered in your name as the registrant and are subject to ICANN rules and the policies of each extension's registry. Registration details must be accurate; false details can lead the registry to suspend the domain, which is outside our control.

8. Availability
We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, network problems, or outages at third-party providers (including AI, payment, and domain registrar providers) may interrupt the service temporarily. We do not offer a written service level agreement (SLA) on the plans currently sold.
9. Ending the service
You may stop at any time by not renewing, and you can delete your website yourself from inside the panel. Deletion is permanent: every version and all site data go with it and we cannot restore them.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that consumes resources so excessively that other customers are affected, or that we are legally required to stop serving.
10. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for lost profits, lost customers, or other indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
11. Payments
Payments in Indonesian rupiah are processed by Midtrans. Payments in US dollars are processed by Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record — Paddle issues the invoice, handles applicable taxes, and its name appears on your card statement. Paddle's buyer terms apply in addition to these terms.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. We will give notice of significant changes by email or inside the panel before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We prefer to settle matters by discussion — please contact us through the Help menu or by email before taking any other step.
